Strawberry Pie
A graham cracker crust with a sweet cream cheese filling, all topped with glazed strawberries!! And, no baking makes this the perfect dessert when the temps go up!

Ingredients
Crust 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons melted butter
Filling:
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 container whipped topping
Topping:
1 1/2-2 cup strawberries sliced in half
3 tablespoon sugar
1/2 of a 3 oz package strawberry jello
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Recipe Instructions
Mix together the ingredients for the crust until crumbs are all moistened. Press firmly into your USA Pan pie pan. Refrigerate while you mix the topping and prepare strawberries (about 15-30 min). Mix together filling ingredients with mixer and set aside. Wash and hull strawberries and slice in half. You could also leave while or use them in slices. In a small saucepan, which the cornstarch, water, and sugar together. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 min just to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and mix in half the package of jello. Let this cool slightly. Assemble the pie by spreading filling into graham crust. Then, top with strawberries. Last, use a pastry brush to put the glaze on the strawberries. Or, you could pour the glaze over the top. Refrigerate. You could also too individual slices with additional whipped cream, if desired!
